Video Analysis

Did you know that in today’s game hitters’ are using video equipment on a regular basis. Why do you think hitters’ are using video equipment? The answer is simple; it shows you things that can’t be seen with the naked eye and IT WORKS! 5 – Tools Baseball & Softball Instruction uses The Dartfish motion video analysis software which is used by U.S Olympic Committee, 90% of the Olympic teams, NFL, NBA, MLB teams as well as colleges. With Dartfish it will allow us to enhance, understand and improve your performance.

With this motion video analysis program you can come to the Sandlot at 5 – Tools Baseball & Softball; have your athletic movement’s analysis and placed in the media book on a cd. You can also send us your movements through mail or e-mail and we can provide you with a complete analysis. Please allow 7 to 14 days to have your analysis returned.
